• A snake slithering down the left side of the shirt from shoulder to hem.
• Maybe a beetle or two alongside.
• Some other debris and (innocuous) critters. Nothing too morbid or disgusting.
• All done in a more free-sketch illustration style.
• The words "The Sky is Falling" scrawled among the critters.
• Very sparse design, isolated mainly to the left side of the shirt; nothing too cluttered. Probably plenty of earth tones to go around, including the color of the shirt.
