The t-shirt is interesting, but what interests me even more is the fact that it is adorning my favorite band.

It's almost enough to make me buy it, almost... well, if I could get the one that Chris is wearing, that would be great. Actually, if you guys could just send me Chris, that would be better...

I just got an email from Customer Service, replying to my inquiry as to why girls don't have an 2XL size.

I KNOW that it's not there, I want to know why.

My EMAIL: Oct 24, 2006 01:32:01 pm
I'm not sure where I should put this, but I'd like to know Threadless doesn't
have a 2XL girl's size. Personally, I can fit into an XL, but its snug. I like tohave a little breathing room in my shrits. But I also like to show that I am a
girl and that I have a figure. You offer the 2XL size for men, but not for
women. Fine, I'd order a guys large, but somtimes the colors are different.
Would it be so difficult to produce one extra size for girls?

Hello Melissa!

Sorry, we only carry S-2XL for the Guys tee and S-XL for the Girly tees. We haven't had much of a demand to carry other sizes than what we offer. If that changes in the future, we'll definitely add additional sizes. Sign up for the
Threadless newsletter and be notified if and when that happens.

Have a wonderful day!
Thank you for shopping at Threadless.com!

I find it interesting that they answered my question as to why they aren't produced with an 'well, no one asked for them.'

Well, now I AM asking for them.

Aren't there any other girls out there who'd like to have a 2XL girly tee? I can wear an XL, but it is, as I said, snug. But I still want to show I have a waist. I want a little room. I want girly colors. Is that so hard? Or maybe Threadless just doesn't think girls should be any larger than XL. Maybe Threadless doesn't thing that their consumer net should extend to girls that want to wear or need a shirt that is larger than XL...

Some people thought that I had been rude in a comment posted below. If this is true, I am sorry. I was frustrated with the response from Threadless' customer service because I felt the answer to my question to be less than spectacular.

This is really beside the point. I really just want to refocus on the fact that I just think that this product should be available in a larger size for girls. If you support that, please say so. I just want to bring it to the company's attention so that it can become a reality.
