I know this is a stupid question, and it should be blatantly obvious to me so feel free to make fun of me.

I'm having trouble making my submissions conform with the size specifications, and is the design file just supposed to be without the shirt on it? What would be a good way or a good program to make my pictures fit under the 4kb and 120 kb limits? I know how to make them the right length and width (duh) but its the other part that's killing me in graphic quality.

Also, whats the best way to stop images from being pixely?
