Well, I think someone stole my Threadless order. UPS shows it was "delivered"-- left on the front door. Grrr. Is there anything I can do? Will complaining to UPS do any good?

I have an article that I need to turn in in the next 20 minutes, but I can't come up with a good title. It's about two companies that make edible bouquets (one makes them out of fruit and the other out of cookies). The title should be 2-4 words, something to do with flowers/bouquets/gifts/eating/etc. Something clever/alliterative or that just sounds good. I'm just drawing a blank right now-- I'm terrible with titles.

I'm buying Squeaked later today, so whoever has the best suggestion gets my STPs.

So I already sent this question into the service e-mail last week, but I haven't gotten a response yet (understandably), and I'm wondering if anyone here knows the answer. I ordered a shirt for a friend and it came to me with a little stain on it. Of course, the shirt's sold out now. I'm wondering if I try washing the shirt to see if I can get the stain out, would I still be able to return it if it doesn't work?

I was so excited to come home and open up the shirts that I ordered for a couple of friends for Christmas. The UPS tracking info says they were delivered at 12:45 pm today. So I get home and... no package.

I'm not terribly familiar with UPS's policies. If nobody was home when they came, might they have taken it to the rental office and left it there? My fear is that this apartment complex is kind of confusing-- there's another apartment with the same apartment number as ours, just a different street number, which is not readily apparent. I even had some people drop off a house warming gift at the other apartment once instead of ours. And apparently whoever lives in the other apartment had no qualms about keeping it, or at least not going to any effort to deliver it to the right place.

On the tracking info, is the "Signed By" the name of the driver who delivered it, or is it supposed to the name of the person who signed for it when they dropped it off?
