I've recently found out that a number of people I know (more guys than girls) have never had sex outside of a relationship. And a friend that has hooked up a lot in the past told me that "just sex isn't ok", and that "guys talk."

So.

I've been working my ass off for this place for over a year, and it's the most real job I've had. I mean, I've had jobs, but I've been the assistant manager for six months, pretty much running a busy restaurant in the city, managing 40 employees, hiring, firing, scheduling, payroll, etc.

I've been so wrapped up in this place since day one. I dropped out of college for it. I rarely worked less than 50 hours a week, I've rarely had nights or weekends free. I've worked 80 hour weeks, 18 hour days. I took ONE day off last year. My friends, the people I hang out with, are all coworkers. And everyone there is going to be completely caught off guard by me leaving, and I'm going to miss the hell out of it, but I think it's the right thing to do because the relationship with the owner is just toxic, it's bad, and it makes me feel like shit.

No idea what to do now. Fuck. I don't know what I want.

What have you done to live better while poor?

I've learned a few:

- blankets and layers and jackets instead of putting the heat on
- using restrooms at work and public places to save on toilet paper and such
- eat leftover food from work (this helps when work is a restaurant)
- avoid turning lights on
