I went to the doctor, and they're not sure what it is. I had blood tests done, but the results aren't yet in. It's being tested to see if I have any deficiencies in various whatevers that may cause muscle spasms. They're also sending me to a neurologist so we can (hopefully) eliminate the possibility of it being some obscure disease.

The neurologist doesn't know what it is. Something like juvenile epilepsy was brought up, and it sounds pretty similar to what I'm experiencing. Tourette's was also mentioned, but he said it was unlikely because Tourette's usually moves from head to toe rather than toe to head. I'm getting an EEG next Tuesday.
