i've always used USPS but unfortunately internationally there aren't many options. with the rates increase, USPS priority now STARTS at $21 or something ridiculous like that, and i don't even think that includes tracking, unless you ship 2-3 day express. standard air mail does not provide tracking of any sort, or at least that i'm aware of.

UPS has always cost an arm and a leg. do they have free premade large envelopes like the USPS priority ones you can use rather than having to pay for packaging? the nice thing about USPS priority is they have envelopes you can use.
