I thought i would give you guys a try seeing as i dunno where to look...

I'm a real novice at AE and i was wondering what's the best way to save your footage/animation so it's the best quality. I saved my first AE footage as an MP4 but when i watched it outside of AE it wasn't as clean. i'm just playing around for now.

so, what's a good way of saving AE footage and keeping it clean so i can stick in vimeo?

so, i wanted to release layers from illustrator to photoshop. this was simple in ai-9 (only one option) but in ai-cs3 there's 2 options, release layers (sequence) and release layers (build).

my question is what's the difference and when is it a good time to use either?
