Did you ever receive something in the mail from me and Ethan? I just found out a little while ago that this youngish woman on my floor (young enough to have a 21-year-old daughter) died last night. I'd worked with her once, very briefly, but didn't really know her at all. She seemed really nice, though. Obviously a lot of people on the floor are pretty distraught over it--lots of hysterical crying, etc. Just a very somber tone overall.

My reaction when I heard was just kind of "Oh..." since I wasn't close to her. I always feel weird when things like that happen, as though there's an expectation for me to be really upset. Awkward, strange day...
