Man, I still don´t believe it!

Yesterday, I received an email alerting me on a possible copy from one of my recent works. In case a part of a drawing that recently was printed.

So, one guy take the drawing remake (badly) one of the caracters on this print and post in a site that shares vectors.

The print in question was post here in Brazil. A brazilian site like "Threadless" creat a contest with the briefing "World Cup 2006". I´ve got the 3rd place and my T-shirt was printed.

As matter of fact I´ve saw my T-shirt on TV the other day. I was watching one of the games of Brazil and saw may tshirt junping on the crowd! That part was awesome!

See the people wearing your design is the greatest part. =D

The part that I´m still in doubt is if it´s great or not being copied. One part of me was very flattered. Yes, flattered!
Being copy means, in part, that I´ve made a good job. In other hand, someone else is getting credit with your work.

It´s clear that I must do something. But what you do in my place?

Oh my...
Just a few weeks without a post , and when I´m back. everething is changed! (in a better way)

I recieved some emails from people asked me when will I post more designs. They are all complaning about my "missing". Even the "Threadless" palced a default message criticizing my supposed lack of a "sociabilization".

But I promise. Since my day job gime me a break I´ll return ok?

Thanx all for bothering me. This make me feel special. ;)

Its might sound with a self indulgence, but i wanna share one comment that I´ve recieved, that makes me fell very falttered:

"Hey! I didn't want to hurt you when I wrote That "Love Hurts" made me think of visual kei, you know^^ Moreover, you shouldn't have complexe: what's the problem with 'girly' drawings? You have influences, like every cartoonist, but I just want to tell you something important to me: it's your "Love Hurts" that has arvelled me, and no other drawings on {name of the site} (since there are a lot of beautiful works): it touched me to a point ( no funny stuff, nor vulgarity, but a singuliar charming and gloomy world of YOUR OWN) that it gave me the will to try to post a picture (I had given up, coz I thought I had no chance in that concourse, since everybody drew funny animals, or humourous things; however, i don't think i'll succeed, but I'd be so glad to have advices from other people!) So, don't have complexe, everybody in there respect your work^^ Sorry, I'm not objective maybe, I'm just fond of your style^^"

Isn´t this beautiful? :´)

Maybe I´m too much emotional. But what expect from a latin guy?
