It seems to me that there are quite a few resubmissions, one's that seem almost exactly the same. Yet somehow, ones I resubmit always get declined. Has this happened to anyone else? I'd say it's a bit peculiar...

I need help! I am using Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 for my submission. The Design was created in a much larger file size than the 640 x 480 large image size, and when it is reduced to that size, it is way pixelated. Also, I cannot place the image on the shirt template without it again being pixelated. Another problem is when I save my design as .gif : the colors are really screwed up and dots appear all over large colored spaces. I have spent weeks on my design and it is really awesome. My design isn't anymore detailed than some of the designs printed. Even if you guys don't like my design, I need to figure this out for my sanity. Help!
