I have had this concept of printing black on black for a while, but couldnt think of a good image to use it for. My office was just broken into, and i happened to come across this niel simon track so thought...hmmmm.

The idea is like i said black on black so it is like a varnish in printing. Also when the shirt it new the fingerprint wont show up well but as the shirt gets older the print shows up more.

wadda ya think

Bottlesandcans recent rant just made me realize something, other than corprate design can poison your mind, the work on this site is NOT graphic design.

For the most part every shirt here can be solely classed an illustration.

So, will this site help you in your graphic design endevours? Prob not. Will it hone your illustative skills? prob.

my design just finished scoring with a 2.57, middle of the road, not too bad. I dont think they are going to print this for that same reason, too "meh"

However my boss says we may print it as a company shirt. But i would like to make it better, comments would be apreciated.

Or just leave it as a dead concept?

how do people here feel about taking ideas from designs that didnt make the cut? For instance, if a concept or idea is strong but the person that did the design is not the best, and you can think af a better way to portay the concept. Personnaly i wouldlike to suggest it to the original author, but what if you dont think their previos submisions show they are capable of that level of finish? hmmm?
