An idea I had awhile back that I thought I'd work up for the Travel comp. There are so many great, expressive designs already, I thought I'd try something a bit more simple. Any suggestions? Worth subbing?

I was thinking of calling it "Playtime with Mummy and Dad", but would be open to a better title if anyone has a suggestion.

How much should I charge?

So I'm listing some pin badges up on Etsy, and don't know what I should charge for them or for the shipping.

I was thinking like $2.50 + $1.00 s/h should cover it, though international shipping would need to be higher, I guess?

Does that sound reasonable?

Any thoughts?

Design a character for the Simpsons 20th Anniversary special! In addition to drawing him/her you also get to give them a name, job, description, catchphrase and lots of other fun stuff. Deadline is Sunday though, so hurry up!

The design I've been working on for the Geeks competition for the past week is already up for scoring!

I really wanted to get away from the negative, Poindexter-ish view of geeks that most of the other subs have focused on, and really showcase some of the positive attributes including creativity, determination and the quest for knowledge and understanding.

It's also a sequel to my first Threadless print "A Voyage of Discovery".

Harnessing your brain powers again

So I'm working on a new design, and have run into a wall again and need your helpz.

What I'm looking for is some fictional titles for books you might study to become a rocket scientist. Pretty much anything math / physics / mechanical / astronomical / avaition / engineering based (but not an actual book title) would be awesome. Could be funny, complex or just plain weird - anything you can brainstorm would be great.

Seriously. They always get into our birdfeeders, and I have no idea how. One guy decided to test how resourceful the little buggers are, and set up an obstacle course for them in his back yard, making it more and more difficult every day.
