I just submitted my newest design about an hour ago, it has to be approved so, that should take roughly 4 weeks. I'm really happy with the way this came out, my lovely girlfriend helped me on the photoshop and by helped me I mean, I stood there as she worked several spells, sacrificed a first born and chanted something then all of the work was done.

Just to give you an idea of whats going to be on this shirt (to all of my readers...hah) it is a cordial greeting between two long time friends, the ocean and the sky (like the modest mouse song, ocean breathes salty), its simple, as a handshake should be. In retrospect, maybe i should have made them bumping fists....

anyway, keep an eye out for it, vote, love, hate...do what you do.

take it easy

So I have been getting some comments about it not being executed well or not being subtle and thats fine, I like to know what people think. I'm aware that it isn't nearly as good as most of the other peoples designs, and while this is my first one, I thought that it was at least alright. Here was my thought process behind the whole idea: we are competing for a used car and I've noticed that a lot of used car dealerships make it known to the public that their cars are like new but at the same time making it very clear that they are, in fact, used. I kind of viewed this "heart store" as a dealership. You know, where you see the ads on TV of the guys in terrible suits going "COME ON DOWN! We've got Great prices and all used hearts!" so thats that deal, and thanks for all the feedback! its really helpful!

I submitted my first design just recently and, I know it isn't the best thing ever but, I really would like to know what you guys think about it. Feel free to bash it or whatever, I just want to get a little bit of feedback just so I can maybe improve on the next one.

Also, does it usually take this long to get approved? Its been like six days or so...just wonderin.

I don't have much to say right now, I'm pretty new here and I'd imagine I'll start posting more as time progresses so until then...I'll just say hello....
