Hey guys-- Just had a quick query that I was hoping someone out there might have an answer to.

If I submit a design for scoring and it fails-- I get it back (proprietry-wise) after 90 days.

What happens if I submit a critique? Does this count as a submission if I choose not to submit it for scoring? The terms and conditions weren't super-clear on this.

Don't get me wrong-- I'm loving threadless and am not planning to jump ship to another tee design site just yet. I just want to know what my obligations are regarding my artwork.

PS-- Don't be a hater if there is already a blog/discussion focussed on this topic. I looked-- I promise.
