Let's talk about puppies.
They may be wonderful, fuzzy bundles of undying, unadulterated loves, but they are also Hard Work. For instance, there is a puppy crawling all over me right now because he scaled a three-foot-tall fence we made in the doorway. Yesterday, my brother and I rescued and "temporarily adopted" four 15-week-old pit bull puppies. Their previous owners had starved them, and if someone didn't take them, they were going to die. So we did. Now we've got four puppies to nurse back to health before we can give them up to Good Homes, and MAN. Puppies are stressful. The worst part is that our roommate, who is on vacation in New Mexico, doesn't know about the puppies, and when he gets back, he is going to be pissed. I am a cat person. Cats are easy. Puppies are, apparently, not. Give me puppy advice? ![]() (the fence-scaling puppy i've dubbed reginald clyde poopswatch mcfluffernut.) You must be logged in to leave a comment.
