The two big loves of my life are the Scottish Gaelic language and Poker. All forms of Poker but mainly Texas Hold Em.



I love the Scottish Gaelic language otherwise known as Gaidhlig and I don't think we can promote it enough. For those who want to 'learn gaelic' they could enroll on a gaelic course. I learnt Gaelic by attending Gaelic Medium Eductation. This is where all your school lessons are taught through the medium of Gaelic. For those that want to learn there are lots of gaelic books out there including gaelic childrens books or have you heard any of the Gaelic music that is available?



As I mentioned above, I also love poker , I'm not the best player but I have pulled a few bluffs in my time. I sit in the casino with my shades on listening to my ipod. Even after all this time I still get confused by the poker hand rankings , which is higher a straight or four of a kind? I have my own poker table, we have a regular Sunday Game. There is quite a group of us now and we have had personalised poker chips made, with the name of our group on them.
