American tyres?

A girl at work told me American tyres dont wear because you dont have to take corners so all tyres are guaranteed for the life of the car.

This sounds like a steaming pile of bullshit to me, but I must know & google isnt helping much.

While it's true that American roads are straighter than European roads, I don't know of a single brand of tire that has something close to a lifetime warranty. Steaming pile.

I wish this was true! I just had to get 4 new tires put on my car though :( Most have a 50-100,000 mile warrenty or so.
