*HELP PLEASE-people who work in design*

Ive just quit my job & my ex boss is making it as difficult for me as possible. Unfortunately I stupidly dont have either hard or digital copies of much of the work i did there....
What I want to know is, would a reasonable boss let me have a CD with some of the work I did to show prospective employers? I know the work I did there remains his property, but surely I have to be allowed something for my portfolio?

Chengui, it's mainly digital stuff I dont have.

I know I should have thought about it before quitting, but I just didnt expect anyone to be such a jerk :/ I suppose youve got to learn the hard way!

it's reasonable to expect you to have copies for your portfolio. I've only worked at one place where i wasn't allowed stuff, but i signed something to that effect at the start of the contract

Hmmm, well, Im off to the CAB in the morning, before a meeting with him at 11.30. Hopefully he wont be in the mood for being a complete moron.

good luck with that, alex. I've been there before with arsehole bosses - at least you weren't sacked.
