I'm not usually for fruit in my cheeses, but that sounds great. dates & cheese are the essence of christmas.

Stilton is good with a lot of fruits. I think stilton with mangoes is the best. Which cheeses do you have? I got really proud of myself for buying some oak smoked English handmade (wtf is handmade you tell me) cheddar the other day. Best cheddar I had in my whole life. I worked in a grocery store for two years, can you tell?

Chelly, I shed a tear for you....double cheese cheesy stuffed crust is the only way to eat pizza :(

4.shropshire blue
5. brie
6. plastic cheese
7. some fancy edamish cheese I dont know the name of
8.boursin
9.port salut
10.emmental
11.camembert 12.french goats cheese
13.St Paulin
14.Forme D'Ambert

I'm off to look up Asiago now....

I love Port Salut. Mmmmmm. Those are all good. Except brie. I can't stand the brie.

But brie is so versatile!
If I'm honest, I cant stand emmental, all sweet and nutty and fruity. Shame, because it looks great.

It's good when you go to a restaurant and they have a really great cheese and fruit platter.
