Just had first trick-or-treater....

It was actually at 9.30pm yesterday, knocking on my door demanding sweets.
At least they had bothered to put a mask on.
Has anyone had earlier attempts than this, or is it a record?

The garden centre near me had it's full xmas stock in begining of september. It really does take all the fun out of it.

Huh. Interesting. I've never even heard of such a thing happening.
Although, considering we only get like 10 people a year on average, I think it's safe to say that I'll never see an early trick-or-treater.

I answered the door thinking that at that time of the night it must be an emergency. I said 'it's far too early for trick or treaters' and he just shrugged and wandered off. If i had have given him anything he'd be back at my door every night from now until halloween.
