Thanks for the comments, I actually drew a helmet, it was one of those funky WWI ones with a spike on the top. Wasn't sure about it but I'll throw it into the next version for you to look at.
Oh, and if this were real the world would largely be over methinks!

It's a great concept, I have seen ideas similar to it before, usually with the foetus wearing headphones, but I think you could make it your own.
I would be careful being too simple, I think you need a feeling of detail and care to make this really stand out.
Also, as a first sketch it's actually really good, the baby's head and arms are really well drawn so kudos.

Ahhhhh that's such a shame because this design is fantastic!
You might want to try Redbubble as well, they're pretty good I find.

Haha this is an awesome design! I agree about the slobber, maybe a drip flying off or something, but overall love it.

Yeah, it ain't a perfect process certainly.
Really funny concept and the design is nice too, I like gold as a background I think it makes the most sense.
You could drive yourself crazy perfecting this design but I think it looks really good, maybe play with the design just a tad, that bunny holding a picture on the right seems slightly out of place, and maybe shadows?
