A moa was a massive flightless bird, like a cross between an ostrich and a dinosaur. And the Haast's Eagles were even more massive because they'd eat them. But they're extinct now.

Sorry this clip is auf Deutsch and taken off a videocamera but the bit at 1:30 where the eagle flies off with the sheep is pretty much what I'd imagine would happen on a daily basis throught NZ if more than one (ssshhh) Haast's eagle was alive today.

My secret identity is really my super hero form then everyone thinks I'm a super hero when I'm wearing a cape but really I just write newspaper articles. But when I'm in a suit and tie with top hat optional look out.
