I've noticed that some people have submitted designs on colors other than those on the "official" template. I've found an image of the color choices of Fruit of the Loom 50/50, on which I believe men's shirts are printed. There are a few (only a few) not on the template - am I right in thinking these are the "real and complete" shirt color options? Unfortunately as all can see - there is no "solid" alternative to heather gray.

I just bought 3 shirts. I was going to buy 4, but this sold out already in almost every size, including mine (L). I don't know if Threadless usually does reprints so quick - but they really need to this time.

To anyone with experience printing T-shirts, what kind of distribution do you use to select how many of each size you print? i.e., what percentage S,M,L, girls' sizes, etc?

I will be printing a small run. The color combination (there will likely be only one) has not yet been decided. I've put up a bunch of color combinations I'm considering - well, maybe only half are actually in the running, so if you have an opinion let me know. Anyway I'll be selling them just for cost + shipping, so I expect that to be around $15, shipping inclusive. I may or may not do girl shirts, it depends. Got declined for revised version that I thought was significantly changed. OK, fair enough. But way, way too many resubmissions get through if this is the policy. If they're going to apply this rule, then they need to apply it to everybody, not selectively.

I've got a big, multilayered Illustrator file, and when I try to import it into Flash, it mostly works but there are strange "filled-in" areas that seem to get messed up in the process. Anybody know anything about this?

To the left is a work in progress of the revision, there's still some ways to go, the most noticeable change right now is the title. (You can ignore the colors I have it in right now, that was just for ease of working with it.)

Anyway, I kind of suck at color choices and I need some help to find some really kick ass color palates. As you can see, two colors plus the shirt color.

Whether or not Threadless would ever print it (or even accept the resubmission) I would still like to get it right, so at least I can print it for me and some friends and feel good about the finished product.

Anway the short story: Anyone got color palate suggestions?
