To anyone with experience printing T-shirts, what kind of distribution do you use to select how many of each size you print? i.e., what percentage S,M,L, girls' sizes, etc?

I screen my own shirts and mens medium and large seem to sell the most.

it depends on the market and on the tshirt you print on. fruit of the loom are really big so you dont need that much L.

With american apparel for girls its the opposite, they produce fitted shirts, mostly 2*1 baby rib with a stretch of 100% so that means you wont need that much small sizes (in the US)
