[sub]i picked this for you - revision - updated
you may or may not have seen my latest sub for the blik contest here, but a couple of issues came up with the design. mainly that the cityscape was shoddy, and i agree.

so i wanted to run this revision past everyone before i actually spend any more time on it. i don't have time to waste really if i don't think it's going to help. so, is this an improvement?

you get the idea. replacing the city for text (the title), but then i have to think about things like "has it now lost the really-big-domozilla feel to it?" and "maybe i should add feet after all" and "hmmm, not feeling the flying saucers anymore..." and it all gets a bit confusing.

which is why i want as much input as possible. mainly on whether it's going to make a big difference to everyone if i make any of these changes, but talk about whatever anyway :P

I like the "i picked" bit. the "this for you" bit seems too bland and thus conflicts with the rest of the piece.

still needs feet, possibly more background (suggestions?) and i'm going to slant the ED so they're leaning on the K in PICKED. you should be able to see the D better then too.

what about people running away from his feet?
