Millionaires.

Also, this new band called Creed who think they're god's gift to god.

I'd personally say it's all about how you use it.

Creed as entity = is. IE: "Creed [the band] is balls dipped in crap sauce."

Creed as sound = is. IE: "Creed [music] is like raping my ears with a howitzer"

Creed as individuals = are. IE: "[The guys who are] Creed are a bunch of whiny talentless sluts."

ahahaha, sorry to turn this into a Creed hate blog. But I'm also not sorry.

This all came from two people separately at work telling me they went to a recent Creed reunion show and being flabbergasted that I'm not also in love with those bland ego-maniacal god monkeys.

glasvegas

have been unfortunate enough to see them more times then my ears can stand as support acts for far superior bands.

their lead singer is bad enough - he doesn't sing as much as he wails and the only word that's ever legible is "fuck" which also tends to come up a lot, normally in the form of some very creative and talented lyric writing that goes "fuck you, fuuuuuuuck you".

however he's not a touch on the "drummer"... my nephew who is not even two has dsiplayed better rythym and drumming skills then her.

she only has two drums and even these she struggles to master... i do believe she's incapable of hitting them more than once a second each and never at the same time. it normally goes something like "left hand, right hand, left hand , right hand" she also has to look at each drum as she hits it and concentrate really really hard.

it's painful to watch, and even with two ear plugs in each ear, too painful to bear listening to.

apparently they've won awards.. i can only imagine they were nominated and voted on by monkeys at the zoo... no hang on, monkeys can probably sing and drum better, so i guess only stuck up muso humans could be stupid enough to fall for this shit.

Heh, Creed hating never goes out of style?

Yeah, I never hated Creed, actually. It's a little bit funny how good they think they are, apparently, but that just adds to the entertainment factor, for me. They're a decent, catchy, faux-epic band, and that's okay with me.

aw, digsy. i liked it when glasvegas came on the radio last year. though i have no idea if that was just because they compared well with the trite that was playing on either side of their tunes generally...

...like the ting tings. that single of theirs made me want to hurt something/someone.

Athlete....that new song is the worst sort of radio-dirge-by-numbers I have ever heard in my whole life. Oh, & that new song with Scarlett Johansson is pretty desperate....she should stick with being pretty & looking nice on the red carpet.

That new Eminem song. Eminem in general. But specifically that new one, he sings the whole thing in a funny[er than usual] voice and all the lyrics are just pop culture references that are already out of date.

Sugar Ray stinks too. For some reason the local radio station has decided that it's actually the late 90s here and everyone likes crap music so it's Sugar Ray and Jimmy Eat World 24/7. Good thing I only listen to AM.
