Gotta love the folks at threadless. Inquired about one of my still procesing orders and ended up having my shipping costs refunded. Which for me, is a pretty darn good deal.

No one rocks customer service like Threadless!

this is very true. i'm always surprised when i get a reply email from a question to threadless. i thought it was universal to just ignore customers and let nature run its course.
