In my dream last night. Because I designed something about a boy trying to be an octopus. The concept I remember was actually pretty good but I lost it in the transition to consciousness.

I also remembered a design about an elephant that uses its trunk as a handpuppet to have a friend. I can't really draw elephants though, so we will see.

Anyway winning that money felt pretty damn good, it was the feeling of never having to worry about money or work ever again.

Sadly though my financial situation in the normal world is a little more scarce.

I would recommend having 17.8 million dollars to everyone.

Haha, but at least you got some money from them recently! So, select soon?

I like the elephant idea.

i think when we dream while sleeping we're till conscious, we just don't know how to categorize the information we're experiencing

i've been looking around for exactly 17.8 million dollars

Well it takes about 10 weeks from a design being selected to it being printed, so threadless and I have both known about my 4th print for about 10 weeks now ;)

If yah get what I'm saying.

I remember explaining to my partner that I'd better report the 17.8 million for taxation purposes but we'd still have a decent amount left afterwards.

you gotta launder that money then send it to an offshore account
then you gotta lay low for one fiscal year, not buy anything over 500 dollars and then move one year later.
i've heard this works.

Hmm well I know you can't tell us what's on the shirt, but could you tell us this: Is the design in your usual style or did you take the opportunity to do something more experimental and "artsy"?

I took the opportunity to design something that would usually not score well but is very typical of my unprinted work.

Do you use illustrator? Where can I get it for cheap? Sorry for the random comment but I just can't find it anywhere for less than a billion dollars for something I could more or less easily pirate (but dont want to b/c that's illegal) :-)

there is no such thing as cheap illustrator. It's up to you to determine whether your conscious can bend enough to facilitate your growth as a designer/illustrator.

What about an elephant with a sock puppet on his trunk of a boy trying to become an octopus and befriend a pregnant male platypus?

ya know, something simple that the kids will understand.

true, it's a fine line between marketability and intelligent art, isn't it? Like, what you can portray and what people won't go lighting on fire as they scream, "but what does it all mean?"

I just love male platypi ever since I heard they sometimes accidently kill themselves during sex. If I was an artist, I'd do that for a t-shirt. Wanna collab? lol

And I do love the new shirt, anything about the violence of office space has me.
