The girly tees are more expensive because the blank tees cost more than the guys.

the girls shirts are printed on american apparel shirts which are more expensive then the guys shirts which are printed on fruit of the loom.

So doesn't fruit of loom make female shirts? It just doesn't make sense to me. The female shirts use up way less material. And Heionaurora brought up a great point : the large in the girl sizes isn't very large at all. I'm sure american apparel make larger girls sizes. C'mon, in the U. S. of 'supersize' A I'm sure there are bigger girls shirts.

especially in texas, us bigguns need the supertexsize..i think its a consumer ploy to get people to lose weight. Size L is really size M. but here is a good trick, get the shirt, before you put it on, just pull it out some in the chest area or wherever it is you are bigger =) and then it will fit better. The mens S is too clingy in the chest, but the mens M is too loose. Man my body sucks

We actually used to print the guys tees on American Apparel too but received so many complaints that we made the switch to FOTL

I think american apparel is kinda thin, therefore, showing off the manly nips if a gentlemen were to purchase them. I like the mens tees, but I don't like that they are long, then again, I don't have the torso of a male. So does american apparel not come in XL for the biguns?

aa does have xl. i know because i order them wholesale and find that they fit more like a woman's size large (regularly). aa does announce on their site that their sizes run small, but last i knew it doesn't say so on the sizing chart page (bummer). personally though, i still think prices should be equal between genders here. i know it's just two dollars, but that adds up quickly over time. six mens shirts for $100 only yields five womens shirts for $100. boohiss. sad face. oh well my complaining won't do much good i'm sure.
