Oddly every other Threadless shirt I've bought (roughly a dozen or so) has been a guys XL, but this one came in and I immediately noticed out of the package that it looked a bit too large. Putting it on you could clearly note that while it kinda fit, it was definitely a size larger than normal.

Not certain if they're printing on a different shirt or what's going on, but I now have to send it back to get a size smaller.

Also not the first time this has happened. A previous shirt was an XL and it seems a bit smaller than all of the other shirts I've bought. Maybe a printing error where they printed on the wrong size? Hard to tell since the shirt's original tag is no longer there in favor of the Threadless tag.

Still, great design, but aberrantly poor fit.

Well they sometimes print on American Apparel and sometimes on Fruit of the Loom, so that could be something to do with it...
I don't know though, I've seen plenty of blogs with people mentioning odd sizing.

im disappointed
I opened the packaging and immediately noticed the larger size... i compared it to some other threadless t-shirts that are the same size and it's much larger. the graphic is also larger on the T than it is in the pics, which makes it fit really weird :/ i'll be sending mine back

Personally I dislike the fit of American Apparel (as a guy I find it too snug and I dislike how the sleeves cut in), but I buy them a size larger to account for their smaller, super-skinny hipsters only tailoring. I've never really had that problem with Threadless (who, according to the sizing page only print Select shirts on AA) when ordering my usual XL. I like the fit to be a big baggy, but this is ludicrous.

I'm going to just exchange it for the girly version for my girlfriend.
