I am just a neuroscience grad student who loves art as well! I was always told by art schools I could not do art and science. So instead, I taught myself graphic design and do some freelancing here and there. I also enjoy other mediums - pastels, charcoal, ink, and pencil as well as photography. While research in the lab takes up the bulk of my time, I like to chill out with my art :)
