In terms of logistics the product design is unique, the community votes for the best designs (Quality) but at the same time this knowledge allow to see the demand of the product. So in other words they are building a product based in what clients want and produce to customer order rather than to forecast.

Additional they have just the inventory needed, so the process of design is rapid and flexible.

For all of this characteristics and the opportunity of share with the community the design of the product, the concept of mass customization is possible and viable, with a hearth
