On February 8th, Dan Maltais broke down the comp plan. I thought I already understood just how compassionate this company was before the call, but I was wrong. They are way more compassionate than I thought. We are not only getting paid fast, we are also getting a higher percentage as we move along. (unlike some companies out now with great products but bad comp plans) Many company's comp plans are deceiving. You have to balance legs, others have to advance in rank before you can (watch out for that), it makes you have to buy extra product and fill holes and give away sponsorships. It doesn’t work.

With Synaura, we will KNOW what we are getting paid because we are going to get paid on EVERYTHING below us as far as MONEY SPENT. Unlike most companies which only give you credit for 100 points on every $110-$150 in product. That’s a rip off! Where is the rest of that money going??? Well…it doesn’t matter anymore because Synaura isn’t going to do that to us. They are going to give the “BREAKAGE” back to us. That’s what its called, but like I said. It doesn’t matter anymore. Synaura is going to change the way MLMs have to do business. Who is paying out as much money back as Synaura is??

The compensation plan is very beneficial, very unique and REALLY does promote "Synergy & Team Work" rather than "Slave & Master". Everyone has the same shot whether you are a founding member or a first time MLMer. You only need to sign up ONE person to earn money back and a monthly supply costs only $69. A couple can both drink it every month for only $120. That is what most companies charge PER person.

This might be THE most “Ground Level” opportunity many of us will ever find. The company is still in PreLaunch… so I highly suggest all of you business minded people at least research this before you dismiss it. All of you health nuts make sure you write AVIA down.
