If you didn’t see my previous post, then let me speed you up. I love this little ol’ festival you may have heard of—Austin City Limits Music Festival!! (ACL Website)

Confession: I’ve never been because I’m a po’ college kid. (Who isn’t these days?) But I've been dreaming of going for over 6ish years. That counts, right?

BUT! I love Threadless shirts AND I can actually afford them (bonus points!).

ACL is sporting 130 bands and Threadless has a triple digit amount of shirts. The common denominator between the two is that I’m not familiar with a lot of them.

So here’s my plan: Review a band that’s rocking out at ACL and (attempt to) match it up with a Threadless shirt.

I have come to terms with the fact that my investment for the future (i.e. college degree) is causing me to be presently poor (i.e. little disposable income). This pickle leaves me longing for items I can't afford. Frye boots, textbooks, etc.

Now, most sadly this also means that this college kid can't rock out at only the most amazing concert ev-er!!! Ahem... I give you the Austin City Limits Music Festival lineup.

ACL takes place October 2nd-4th at Zilker Park in only the most amazing city- Austin. Texas. (Sorry, Chicago!) Anyway, I hope it's readable. Feel free to comment on who you'd go to see play!
