Did you have a favorite T-shirt growing up? Of course you did (because you're here).
When I was in high school, my M. C. Escher shirt was probably my favorite- it had about six of his designs printed all around it. There's was some sort of surge in his popularity at the time, which was only a good thing. My "They Might Be Giants: Apollo 18" shirt was another favorite. (A squid fighting a whale in space? Awesome!) My sister gave me this one, which is not as cool as I remembered, but I liked it a lot then: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LIBERTY-GRAPHICS-AMPHIBIOUS-ARGYLE-MENS-MED-T-SHIRT-/260248690003 What were your favorites?
I've been watching Threadless for a while- noticing that the designs here are of a different ilk than most of the other large t-shirt sites on the internet. You don't just see badly drawn puns slapped on a shirt, I guess because when one is submitted it doesn't make the cut.
I'm happy to have finally made the (very simple) move to be a contributor here- so far just in rating the shirts. But it's a lot of fun! Nude no more. Well, maybe I should buy something before I can say that... ---Michael Scatterbrain Tees |

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.

I am an illustrator by trade, and a T-shirt creator by, er, sub-trade. Besides selling shirts at ScatterbrainTees on Etsy and ScatterbrainTees.com, I also have free plans for a 4-color T-shirt printing press at PrintingPlans.com, and an illustration site at Michael Phipps Illustration.
