How do you post a hyperlink to your own submission/critique sub while commenting on others? I am computer stupid. Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone could help me to resize my image for the thumbnail. My image file is too big even when I have the blank canvas at the appropriate dimensions. What am I doing wrong?
