In my opinion Kotaku is the best gaming site ever. I was doing my daily once over of new articles and read about this months Wired magazine featuring an article on the demise of Duke Nukem Forever. Pretty standard write up except for the special mention of Olly Moss and the great illustration at the end. Congrats Olly.

you're in for a scare!
Or a hearty laugh if you enjoyed Goosebumps by R.L. Stine as much as I did when I was a kid. I recently came across this website: http://www.bloggerbeware.com/ The author reads and blogs about the Goosebumps series giving complete plot breakdown, and pointing out all the reasons why Goosebumps aren't as good as we remember. My favorites are the cheap fake out "scare" cliffhanger chapter endings that Goosebumps was famous for. This is one of my all time favorites from Monster Blood: "Evan has gone blind! Oh wait, no, a cat has just landed on his head."

These are also noteworthy and I wish I had the money for them: http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/clt/1192132558.html http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/for/1187221410.html
I seem to remember a way to view designs that are now out of print. Maybe I'm overlooking it but did this feature get removed? Is there any way to view designs that threadless no longer prints but did print at one time?
It OBO and I think I'm about make an offer. Despite the risk of losing this item I feel compelled to share the add with as many people as possible.

I am currently working on my first threadless submission but I've run into a little trouble using CS4. I drew a picture and inked it then I scan the image in. The problem I'm having is converting my hand drawn lines into vector lines/shapes. I really don't like the results of live trace. The only reliable method I have found is to use the pen tool and manually trace over my drawing, however this is a long and often painful process.
Is there a way to accurately transform my drawing into vector lines without live trace? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please note that I only have Illustrator CS4. |

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
