I understand how votes work, and of course a high score is desired.

But how long is it generally before a design is chosen to be made into a t-shirt?
What if the score is high but the design hasn't been printed?

I'm confused on whether there is a set period of time in which your design has a chance of being printed.

And ultimately, is the selection up to the staff, regardless of the community's opinion?
