I've done these 3 paintings and after spending a lot of time with them I started to think they could make a nice tee design. I would obviously edit them a little to better fit a tee, but I would keep the overall concept the same. Let me know if you think so too. I would love some feedback. Thanks!

1. How Doth the Little Crocodile

This one was inspired by a poem of the same name which appeared in Alice in Wonderland. The poem is basically about how a crocodile lures in fish who are willing to be his food.

2. Uh Oh...

Pretty straight forward. About an old car who backfires while on a road trip through the desert.

3. Call of the Yeti

Probably one of my favorite paintings, as you can see I used it for my profile picture. Just love the yeti's expression.

nice! my vote is for the car one. but push the cartoony face of it or add a passenger.

I love the yeti on the mockup! and the car one would work as well too, but I reckon make its face a bit more cartooney to add character :)

^ that's the best one so far. the other ones seem sort of less suitable for a shirt design. i.e. they don't seem fully self-contained.

I think they would all look pretty cool on a tee to be honest. My fav being the Count Orlock one. I like the Max Shreck face :).

All about me

I'm an aspiring illustrator who is currently attending art school. I usually paint with acrylic or draw with pencil and ink so the computer is a little foreign to me when it comes to art. Most if not all of my t-shirt designs were at one point a physical painting or drawing. You can see some of the originals on my website so be sure to check it out :)
