Apartment hunting
I'm exhausted from apartment hunting. Everytime I think I might have found a place, its either out of my price range or its not where they say it is (come on realtors, advertising that a place is in "Respectible area of town" when its really "in the ghetto next to that respectible area of town" is not cool.

I'm going to try my luck with a 2 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, washer/dryer in the unit, garage parking, and its in an area of town Im looking at, for $610/month. I'm sure it will turn out that its already been taken, or that its secretly in the ghetto.

that is a relatively cheap price for a 2 bedroom apt, i remember i had this great deal on a 2 bdr/2 bath apt for 671/month, turns out it was infested with drug pushers and crackheads when night time fell, plus my car got stolen...

apt shopping is such a pain in the kazoo! good luck!

Yeah, I called the place, and they dont answer their phones, and the mailbox is full. I found another place thats $695 a month that I'm probably going to rent. My brain is fried from all of this..

I'll be apartment hunting soon too. But I don't think I can stay here to do that. Everything around here is $990/month+

I should move to Wyoming...

...or surprise Nate and show up at his door. I'm sure I could mooch off him for 6 months. Though it might come at a price: every Tuesday night at 8:45pm I'll have to let him touch my feet.

haha kirsten! what part of cali are you in again!? i was going to move back there later on

its majorly expensive anywhere along the coast lines, anything in between is pretty affordable, texas is majorly cheap compared to anywhere else, i dont know about wyoming though...

is that where brokeback mountain is!?

i love my apartment, its 780 square feet one bedroom, but it is $800 a month. i am thinking about movign to the ghetto soon to save money.

Yep it is! Hah, I could rangle me some gays up there.

And yeah, everything here is mega expensive, unless I want to live in a studio apartment downtown for $600/month.

and I live about 20 miles away from Sacramento.

last time i was in sac was probably 2-3 years ago!? then i went to san fran for a little bit, didnt go to oakland though, dont want to get killed ya know, and last time i was in los angeles was last year, i really want to move to sun diego

last apt i had was a studio and it was only like 500 something, nice location and totally bangable neighbors!

San Deigo is too.... mexican for me. I don't know more than 10 words of Spanish (if you don't count numbers), and I doubt I could hold a conversation very well with the majority of the population. Central CA is pretty awful, Oakland, Fresno, Bakersfield, etc.

But Northern CA isn't too bad. I plan to move out of state in December, I just don't know where to.

im used to southern cali, well, the los angeles area, but i do like temeculah or wherever my cousins are living now, i think thats way down south too, but yeah, it does have a high percentage of mexicans down there but this whole country is populated with them, besides, some of those girls look pretty darn hot...(guys too)

do you have a general idea of what area you want to move to!?

ps: i got hit on by 3 gay latino guys this past wknd (not cool)

Well... I don't know exactly where I want to live. I might as well take advantage of that Frauenfeld castle in Switzerland that no one's using. I'll just have to get Steve to let me in.

But if I were to stay in the US, maybe Oregon, Colorado, Ohio, Maine, etc. I can't stand the heat, or the extreme cold.
