I strongly believe in harsh constructive criticism. without hearing what people dislike about your piece, there is no way you can improve upon it short of guesswork. All anybody says to another person's artwork is "cool" and "nice design" but when it comes time to vote, the design turns out to be weak because nobody had the courage to tell them to add shading or remove text. When i produce something, I'm not really interested in hearing what people like about it. I want to know all about what sucks and what I need to change.
