I have a few other threadless shirts in the same size, but this one came a bit bigger. Did this happen to anybody else?

It happens sometimes. It's an AA thing, not a Threadless thing. I've also had an XL shirt shrink to a bit smaller than a large, and it was washed with another XL shirt that barely shrunk at all. *shrunk*
