Anyway, down to business...
quick Q:

When making a design (let's say)
that I choose red as a color.

If I decide to use red @ 100% opacity,
and then also use red @ 75% opacity...

Does this count as TWO of the 8 colors that we're allowed to have in a design or just ONE?

yesh, but it'll be simulated process so that won't really matter.

I think when they do simulated process it means it's like printing CMYK — so you won't get spot colors (like fluorescent pink).



I believe in screen printing they can't do tints. You'd have to mix another ink that is slightly lighter.
