while I can read anything by Nabokov, Atwood or Murakami and know I'll love it, my favorite book of recent years would be most definitely the Time Traveler's Wife.

The Once and Future King just because I've always been into Arthurian legend for whatever reason. It's been a foundation of my reading.

Not really sure about favorite author. I've enjoyed Faulkner just for his wandering, stream of consciousness writing style that tends to parallel how I think and write, but I don't know if I would consider him a favorite.

The fact that the previews for it start with "Before there was Harry Potter, there was Merlin..." makes me not want to watch it.

this past sunday's episode pissed me off so much. the town was attacked by a griffin, and everyone was like "OH MY GOD, WHAT IS THIS STRANGE CREATURE?! I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH A SAVAGE BEAST BEFORE!"

and i'm like "dudes. it's a fucking griffin. how do you not know this?!"

and eventually gaius looks it up in a book of legendary creatures and is like, "yo, uther, it's a griffin. it's a magical creature."

and uther's all, "a griffin?!"

and i'm like, "no fucking shit, noob. i've been saying that the entire episode!"

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.

All about me

I love anything associated with indie rock and dance my ass off to pop-punk. nuff said. actually I could go on for awhile about my obsessions about tap dancing to 80's music... and dark comedies...and classic literature....
