18 years in row I've cut a hole in the ice on news years day and jumped into a lake near my home. Not really sure why either. Started as 2 of us -- has been as high as 24 jumpers. Yesterday we only had 7 take the dip. Temp was 11 and the windchill made it feel like -22.
