oooh I did that today too. I even actually bent the nail a bit and yeowch that hurt

I guarantee you'd lose your balance for a little while if you were missing your toes.



I was running to beat the evil parking cops (as they were on the way to ticket my car) when I stubbed my toe so badly that the nail split right off. I know, it's gross, but I got to point to the blood trail on the sidewalk and say "that's me!"



Stupid California and it's stupid sunny weather making me wear those stupid flip-flops. Gah.

Either way... I suggest getting a motorized wheelchair. Not because you'd be safer, but because of all the fun you could have speeding around town.

@ golden: your motorized chair would have to have some awesome wheels on it, I stubbed my toe thanks to incredibly uneven sidewalks that tend to jump up at you. Gotta get some off-road capabilities to handle that!
