Okay, so I've been wondering for awhile but so far haven't gambled on this. How close is a women's 2XL shirt to a men's medium? The size chart says they're within an inch of each other in width and height, but obviously they'll be fitted different. Has anybody else tried this, and how noticeable/odd fitting is it?

I've not tried, but yeah sometimes I look at the sizechart and consider it when something I really want sells out. I tried the AA girlies once. But as I understand it, the AA girly tees had a much more unisex cut, but with very short sleeves. I can't pull off those sleeves. But the Threadless tees are cut to follow a woman's curves, plus have a bigger neckline and probably still have those short sleeves, so probably would be even less appropriate. Maybe always wear it under a jacket.

hmm... yeah the sleeves are noticeably shorter, and since I have a year-round farmer's tan, I suppose I couldn't pull it off either. Damn. Well, if anybody's interested, the very last Kill Monotony is still left in a Women's 2XL.

I'll keep hoping for a reprint.
