Ok so, I have a series of product numbers that go somewhat like this

2178QL9765

The letters in the middle correspond to the warehouse and department, respectively. What I need is some way to extract those letters into a new cell, like this

ITEM------------------WAREHOUSE-------DEPARTMENT
2178QL9765--------------Q---------------------------L
2178nA9765---------------n---------------------------A

I can't think of a way to do it other than with 10 =Substitute functions, substituting all the numbers for blank space. Is there any other way?

Doesn't the 80% of blogs on front page being "PROMOTE YOUR STUFF" blogs defy their purpose?
