Threadless

Breaky aka Tom is a 22.9 year old boy, has been a member since September 22, 2008, has scored 2,317 submissions, giving an average score of 1.53, helping 20 designs get printed.
So I wanted to hear your opinions about this:

Is a design with a simple and easy concept more succesfull in the scores than a more complicated concept?

The most concept-based-designs that I see printed are simple to catch the concept.
But do more complicated ones a fair chance in the running? (even if there has gone alot more time into the design)

I think that most of the people that vote and not comment take only a (few) second(s) to look at a design before clicking a score.
So this would be negative for a design that needs some thought.

The problem is the fast voting system that threadless uses.
On the other hand It's the best voting system I have seen on any site. :P
It's a hate love relationship I think. LOL

So what are your thoughts??
